Power HIIT is a 45 minute high-energy, small-group strength and fitness class designed for anyone ready to improve their physical and mental health in a supportive, structured, and motivating environment. This isn’t just another fitness class.  This isn’t just another workout. It’s a commitment to feeling stronger, more confident, and more in control of your health. Through High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), you’ll build strength, boost your metabolism, support bone health, and in some cases experience an improvement in mood and stress levels*.
