How we help

We support people when everyday life feels harden than it should.

This might look like big emotions, anxiety or overwhelm. School, work, or learning feels stressful. Sensory sensitivities or routines that fall apart. Difficulties with attention, confidence or communication. Feeling stretched, burnt out or unsure what to do next.
You might have been coping for a while. You might not know where to start. Both are okay.

Psychology

Support for emotional well-being, anxiety, behaviour, trauma, stress and life challenges.

Occupational Therapy

Help with regulation, sensory needs, daily routines, motor skills and confidence at home or school.

Speech Therapy

Support for communication, language, speech clarity and social interaction.

Assesments

Clear, supportive clinical assessments to help understand what’s going on and guide next steps, when needed.

Some people need one service. Others benefit from a coordinated approach.
We work this out with you.

How are we different

Care that starts with listening

Many people come to ANSA Health after being told to wait and see, try harder, or that what they’re noticing is “just behaviour.”

What feels different here is the pace. We take the time to understand what’s really going on and explain it clearly, without rushing to conclusions or labels. Our approach is clinically grounded, practical, and shaped around real life — not ideals.

We listen first

We take time to understand you, your child, and what daily life actually looks like before suggesting next steps.

Clear, everyday language

We explain what we’re seeing in a way that’s easy to understand, so things feel clearer rather than more overwhelming.

Support that fits real life

Our strategies are designed to work within real routines, real energy levels, and real families — not perfect scenarios.

Confidence over blame

We focus on understanding patterns and building capability, rather than assigning fault or pressure.

Collaborative care

When helpful, we work alongside schools, GPs, and other supports to create consistency and reduce load.

How we work

What to expect in your first appointment

Your first appointment is a space to pause and make sense of what’s been feeling difficult.
There’s no pressure to arrive with clear answers or a plan. This session is about
understanding your situation, answering questions, and helping things feel clearer and more
manageable. Many people come in feeling unsure or overwhelmed, and leave with a better
sense of what’s going on and what could help next.

During the session

We begin by listening

You’ll have time to talk through your concerns and what daily life looks like right now, at a pace that feels comfortable.

We explore patterns together

As the conversation unfolds, we gently look at factors that may be contributing to stress or difficulty.

We share what we're noticing

Our observations are explained clearly and respectfully, so nothing feels confusing or unexplained.

We finish with something practical

You’ll leave with a few tailored ideas or strategies you can start using straight away.

There’s no obligation to continue beyond the first appointment. Even on its own, many people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and better supported.

We accept NDIS self-managed and plan-managed, GP referrals for both Mental Health Care Plans and Enhanced Primary Care Plans, WorkCover, TAC and private bookings.
